WHAT IT IS
RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind
to create deep and lasting change. It combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP,
and cognitive behavioural therapy into one focused process.

Instead of managing symptoms, RTT® helps uncover the root cause of emotional and behavioural patterns
- often formed early in life and stored in the subconscious.

By understanding where an issue started and why it exists, real transformation becomes possible.
HOW IT WORKS
RTT® works by guiding you into a relaxed, focused state where the subconscious mind becomes accessible.
In this state, we explore the origin of emotional reactions, beliefs, and behaviours that no longer serve you.
 
These patterns often show up in everyday life as:
  • Repeated emotional eating or loss of control around food
  • Chronic anxiety, overthinking, or constant inner pressure
  • Low self-worth, people-pleasing, or fear of being “not enough”
  • Feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns or attachment dynamics
  • Self-sabotage, procrastination, or fear of success
  • Strong emotional reactions that feel disproportionate or hard to explain
     
Once the root cause is identified, we reframe the belief at its source.
This allows the nervous system and subconscious mind to update outdated survival patterns.

To support integration, you receive a personalised audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
This helps reinforce new, supportive beliefs and makes the change feel natural and sustainable over time.
