Intake Call (First Appointment) Your transformation begins with a 15-minute video-call. The Google Form included in your booking confirmation should be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. During the intake call, we explore your answers, discuss your emotional patterns, clarify your intentions and address any questions about RTT. This conversation ensures that your programme is fully aligned with your needs and goals. All appointments - your RTT deep session and all three follow-up sessions - will be scheduled individually during this call.
